Having managed financial oversight and support for over 100 associations, she is known for her accuracy, attention to detail, and timely turnaround for reports. Tyann’s leadership is rooted in empowering boards, strong command of the Texas Property Code, ensuring transparency, and creating structure that builds trust within communities.
Kory Gausen – Business Development
Kory brings a strong background in sales and account management, with a proven track record of building lasting client relationships. His focus at AMP is on community outreach and helping boards understand their options, aligning their goals, and finding the right-fit service solution. Kory’s approach is proactive, responsive, and centered on trust.
